Massage Therapy helps to balance a client’s emotional and mental states while facilitating the rehabilitation of muscle imbalances/ instability causing pain or discomfort.
Lucinda uses a variety of techniques to correct musculoskeletal imbalances and instability such as Rotator Cuff Syndrome; Upper and Lower Cross Syndromes; Myofascial Syndrome and many more. Being a Global thinker, her passions are in the rehabilitation of function and movement, as well as balancing the nervous systems, with a holistic approach that is customised to the individual based on the information provided in consultation, and tissue changes as treatments progress.
Throughout her career, she has worked with many high profile clients and sports teams such as the Canterbury Rams, Kiwi League Team, Tonga Rugby Union and Auckland Marathon runners and more.
